Store Policy

Below you’ll find all of our current store policies regarding processing times, shipping, returns, cancellations, and more. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

​Order Processing

All of our Graphic T-Shirts are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping or pickup. Hats are ready-to-ship and usually go out within 2–3 business days. We will notify you once your order is complete.

​Shipping

  • We ship via USPS, with standard shipping rates.

  • Free porch pickup is available in Aubrey, TX — just select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or lost/stolen packages.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

​Returns & Exchanges

Yes — if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

​Garment Care

To keep your graphic t-shirt looking its best:
– Turn inside out
– Machine wash cold
– Tumble dry low or hang to dry
– Avoid ironing directly on design
