2. Products & Services

All of our Graphic T-Shirts are made to order, Hats are ready-to-ship. Due to the custom nature of our items, designs, colors, and sizing may vary slightly. We do our best to represent all items accurately on the website.​

3. Order Processing

All of our Graphic T-Shirts are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping or pickup. Hats are ready-to-ship and usually go out within 2–3 business days. We will notify you once your order is complete.

4. Shipping

We ship via USPS, and once an order is in transit, Toadz Outdoorz and Tadpolez are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.​

All designs, logos, images, and content on this site are the property of Toadz Outdoorz and Tadpolez. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without written permission.
